State licensure is a routing input, not a report
Each seat carries its licensed states, attested by the agent with a timestamp and IP we retain. The router will not select an agent for a caller in a state that agent has not declared — the gate runs before the bridge, not in a monthly audit afterwards.
Presence is verified, not asserted
"Online" means the carrier says the endpoint is registered, not that somebody left a tab open. This is consistently the largest gap teams find when they run our shadow mode beside an existing router.
Billing
Per qualified call, with a per-campaign minimum billable duration and a dispute window. Short calls are credited automatically.
Seasonality
AEP concentrates a year of volume into weeks. Daily caps and per-campaign concurrency limits are enforced at bid time, so a spike doesn't drain a wallet before lunch or stack four live callers on one seat.

How do you know which states I'm licensed in?
You declare them in the portal and attest that they are current. We record the attestation text, the time and the IP. Routing matches on that list — an undeclared state never reaches your seat.
Do you verify my licences with the DOI?
No, and no platform in this category does. You attest; the record is timestamped; the obligation to hold current licences stays with you, as it does in every agent agreement in this market.
What happens during AEP?
Daily caps and concurrency limits are set per campaign and enforced at bid time, so volume spikes cannot outrun your wallet or your capacity.
Is there a per-minute charge?
No. Calls bill per qualified call at the line's published price. Your carrier minutes are your own.
