Burial insurance

Burial insurance transfers, without the billing argument.

Burial and final expense buyers overlap almost entirely, and so do the failure modes: short calls, wrong states, and a billing rule nobody will put in writing. Ours is on the line.

Same rule as every line Short calls credited Recorded and dispositioned

A separate campaign, not a relabelled one

Burial runs as its own campaign with its own per-call rate, qualifying time, daily cap, concurrency limit and dispute window. If your close rate or your carrier mix differs from final expense, the economics can differ too — you are not stuck inheriting one vertical's settings for another.

The conversation is the product

These are sensitive calls. A transfer that lands cold, in the wrong state, or on an agent who has been handed four simultaneous calls is bad for the consumer before it is bad for your close rate. Concurrency caps and state gating exist for that reason, not as reporting features.

Consent is a dispute ground

"No consent record (TrustedForm / Jornaya)" is one of the nine defined grounds on which a qualified call can be disputed. You are not asked to take consent on faith and settle it later in an email thread.

What gets recorded

Every bridged call is recorded and carries a disposition. Disposition lists are defined and reordered by the operator — they are not a fixed vendor enum you have to work around.

FAQ

Burial insurance transfers — common questions

Is burial insurance the same as final expense?

Commercially they are near-identical small whole-life products, and most agents sell both. We keep them as separate campaigns so rates, caps and qualifying times can differ.

Can I run burial and final expense on the same seat?

Yes. A seat can be provisioned onto one line or several, and each line keeps its own price and qualifying time.

What if a transfer arrives with the consumer already off the phone?

"Disconnected on connect" is a defined dispute ground. If the call also fell under the qualifying time, it never billed in the first place.
