Buying guide

Leads are records. Calls are conversations.

Every lead you buy is a promise that someone will pick up. Every call you buy is someone already on the line. The gap between those two things is most of what agents mean when they say a lead source "didn't work".

The last row is the whole argument. With any lead product you pay for the record whether or not a conversation happens, so your effective cost per conversation is the sticker price divided by your contact rate — a number the seller does not control and does not warrant.

Why "exclusive" solves less than it promises

Exclusivity fixes competition. It does not fix contact rate, wrong numbers, or the fact that interest decays from the moment a form is submitted. An exclusive lead you never reach costs exactly as much as a shared one you never reach.

What a call costs you when it's bad

This is where the models genuinely diverge. On a lead you have no recourse — the record was delivered, and delivery was the deal. On a call there are three layers before you eat it:

  • Under the qualifying time — never bills. Credited automatically, no ticket.
  • Qualified but defective — nine named dispute grounds, open from the call row, credit back to the wallet.
  • Structural — daily caps and concurrency limits stop a bad day before it becomes a bad week.

Where calls are the wrong answer

They are not always the right buy. If you have a large downline that needs feeding on a fixed daily budget, or you work a long nurture cycle where the first conversation isn't the point, records still make sense. Calls suit an agent who can sit on the phone and would rather pay more per conversation and have fewer of them wasted.

We don't sell aged data and we don't resell a call. That narrows what we can sell you, deliberately.

The economics

Three numbers that decide it.

Cost per conversation

Lead price ÷ contact rate. A $12 lead reached one time in five costs $60 a conversation — before anyone quotes anything.

Selling hours recovered

Dial time is unpaid time. Live calls convert prospecting hours back into talking hours without raising headcount.

Recourse on a bad unit

A record was delivered, so it was earned. A defective call has a defined path back to your wallet.

FAQ

Calls vs leads — common questions

Are calls more expensive than leads?

Per unit, yes — substantially. Per conversation, usually not, because you pay for a lead whether or not you reach anyone. Compare cost per conversation, not cost per unit.

Do you sell leads or aged data?

No. We sell qualified calls only. If you want records, we are the wrong vendor and will say so.

Is a call exclusive to me?

The router selects one seat per call. It is not fanned out to a panel of buyers.

What if the call was junk?

If it fell under the line's qualifying time it never billed. If it qualified but was defective, there are nine named dispute grounds and a window measured in hours — 72 by default.

Do I have to talk to sales to see a price?

No. Per-call rates and seat pricing are published on the pricing page.
